Mojo’s Investments is a Plant Hire and Logistics business which was established to act as a vehicle for Black Women development operating within this sector. The company was founded in 2006, by Ms Zanele P Khumalo, after identifying the gap that existed within this sector.

It is one of the primary objectives of the company to bridge the gap between skills and opportunities available in the sectors. The purpose of upskilling the Women is to enable them to participate in the economy in order to improve assist the socio-economic conditions of our communities. The company is, therefore, positioned provide social and technical services to the value that will give us an opportunity to serve our communities.

Mojo’s Investments is a company which was also established with entrepreneurship as its blueprint. It is also part of the organisational culture to create an environment which promotes and encourages entrepreneurial approaches amongst its employees. We want to build a company which is reputable for industry creativity and innovation.

Who We Are?

Vision

  • To empower previously disadvantaged communities through skill training and development in the sector.
  • We also want to impact communities in a way that they are able to partake in the economic opportunities in their area, which lies in the industry.
  • We intend to merge the provision of skills with employment participation, through acting providing services both in Training and Skills development and in the Plant Hire and Logistics.
  • All of that will be achieved through rendering quality service to maintain our working relationship with all clients and all role-players in each project that we execute, with integrity, reliability and reputation management.

Mission

  • To create a corporate entity which will drive excellence in the Plant Hire and Logistics Sectors, through utilisation of the most effective and efficient skills transfer processes and methodologies.
  • It is also our mission to empower communities in such a way that they not only possess skills, but they are also able to utilise those skills in creating employment opportunities for themselves and others.
